Modeling and Statistics

Our team aims to: 

  •  develop new methodologies for the quantitative assessment of food risks,
  • participate in cross-disciplinary research projects to implement quantitative assessments of food risks.

The team is made up of researchers, engineers and Doctoral and Master's students working in applied mathematics and biology.
